We’re family-owned, El Paso-grown, and deeply rooted in the borderland. We’re the Perry family, and this community is personal to us. Born and raised in El Paso and Juárez, we know this city, we care about the people in it, and we built Sun City Plumbers to be the kind of hometown company people feel good calling.
The business officially launched in January 2022, but the story behind it started long before that. Frank Perry, Owner and CEO, got his start in plumbing at 13 years old, working in his father’s plumbing business. He stayed connected to the trade for decades, even while building a life of service in other ways.
Frank served 30 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring from the reserves as a Master Gunnery Sergeant. He also served 28 years with the El Paso Fire Department, retiring as a Battalion Chief. Along the way, he kept working in plumbing and building the kind of experience that only comes from years in the field.
That background helped shape what Sun City Plumbers is today: a company built on discipline, accountability, respect, and a real commitment to helping people when they need it most. Around here, plumbing is not just a trade. It is a responsibility, and we take that seriously.
